hari ni lak ada program kat tmpt keje.
actually nak bagitau kat sini,sapa2 yg nak sewa umah ker atau nak beli umah,i mean kondo house kat jln ipoh,can call shah at 019-2745 222.

i have a house ( casa idaman condo) in jln ipoh.and we all decided nak sewakan atau kalau org nak jual terus kalau ada pembeli.actually condo ni still under construction but will be complete this september 2010.patutnye we all dah leh duk situ but memandangkan my hubby nak umah landed property lak tiba2.and after a deep discuss sampai dpt migrain mikir we've decided yg we have to let go our house kat jln ipoh.sayang sgt rasa as kondo kitorang betul2 kat tgh bandar.takes 5 mins to komuter station kg batu,and a lot of bus can take.
this noon,my hubby ajak gi byr depo utk umah double storey kat gombak ( still under construction gak) and will be complete next year.tak tau ujung bln ke/tgh bulan.hmm.terpaksalah extend duk umah mertua another one year.hihihi..
but still takut2 gak nih..kalau beli umah double storey ni,maknanya we all akan ada 3 bijik umah.tu pun kalau loan umah nih lulus.apa2 hal nak kena tgk gak exact location umah nih kat mana sebelum beli,sbb smlm survey tak jumpa lak.huhu..
tu jelah kut ..
p?s : this saturday,birthday sara lisa (anak adik ipar) wat kat A&W section 14 PJ.nasib dh beli present.T_T.
